Homeowners should submit this report when obtaining homeowners insurance in order to obtain credit for the level of roof construction methods within Palmetto Dunes.

 

To access the Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form file, please follow these instructions:

 

1. Click on the PDF symbol below. That will take you to a ZIP file.

 

2. Click on the ZIP file and that will open a document that will have a list of all of the buildings in Palmetto Dunes.

3. Click on your specific building number and you will be taken to a PDF document for printing and your use.
