Residents (and their guests) are reminded to exercise caution and not drive or park on grass. You are also asked NOT to drive your golf cart on the grass to access your mailbox. These actions can damage sprinkler heads and sod at the expense of the Palmetto Dunes Condominium Association.

ARC and Installation of New AC Lines

Please ensure that your vendors know and understand their responsibilities with respect to the Pelican Sound Architectural Review Control Procedures when air conditioner lines need to be replaced during the replacement of an A/C. These procedures ensure a consistent approach to installation and appearance.
