Per its by-laws, the Association may contract for the management and maintenance of the condominium property and authorize a manager or management company to assist the association in carrying out its powers and duties by performing such functions as submission of proposals, collections of assessment, keeping of records, enforcement of rules, and maintenance and repair of the common elements with funds made available by the association for such purposes.

Palmetto Dunes' Board currently contracts the services of Sandcastle Community Management and Frankly Coastal/Collier Financial to manage, administer, and coordinate the many property management and financial responsibilities required of the association.
