Palmetto Dunes at Pelican Sound Condominium Association, Inc.  (PDPSCA) is a Florida not-for-profit corporation and is the entity responsible for the operation of the Condominium.

​

The Palmetto Dunes Condominium Association is governed by its seven-member Board of Directors, which is the elected representative body responsible for the administration of the Association’s affairs. Board members serve two-year terms and are elected by members at the Annual Meeting conducted each year in the spring.

​

The 156 units in Palmetto Dunes are represented by its Neighborhood Voting Representative (currently Dale Heinz) in matters and issues involved in the administration and management of the Pelican Sound Golf and River Club.

​

The Palmetto Dunes Condominium Association’s Board oversees the policies, procedures, and administrative guidelines which are legally spelled out by the association’s by-laws, and bound by Florida condominium laws and regulations. A copy of the association’s bylaws is available to owners on this Palmetto Dunes website.
